CalDigit reveals two brand new storage solutions: Tuff drive featuring USB-C and the T4 nano
CalDigit reveals two brand new storage solutions. The first is the Tuff portable storage solution. This USB 3.1 external drive features the brand new USB Type-C connector, ideal for use with the new MacBook that features the USB Type-C interface. The second new product is the T4 nano, a 4-bay PCIe SSD RAID storage device that also features HDMI output to connect to a monitor. This Thunderbolt 2 solution, is an extremely powerful compact RAID 0, 1, 5 & JBOD device that utilizes four PCIe SSDs, with extreme speeds up to 1375MB/s.

Sonnet Announces Echo Express SE II Two-Slot Thunderbolt-to-PCIe® Expansion Chassis and Upcoming Support for Thunderbolt 2
Sonnet has announced the Echo Express SE II, the replacement for the highly successful Echo Express II Thunderbolt-to-PCIe® expansion chassis. The new model adds enhanced capabilities and sells at a lower price, and also includes a coupon for a free upgrade to exchange to Thunderbolt 2 when it becomes available this fall. The new two-slot Thunderbolt 2-to-PCIe expansion chassis enables the use of a wide variety of high-performance PCI Express® (PCIe) cards originally designed for use in desktop computers with any Mac® computer with a Thunderbolt port.
